Applicants:
MUST currently reside in Ballina or around Ballina
MUST have demonstrated experience with fast-paced busy venues and thrive under pressure.
Must have Excellent communication skills
Production and presentation of food items to meet customers and clients expectations
Maintaining kitchen procedures and WH&S standards
Proven experience for certain level
Use standard recipes, including photographic presentation, of all menu items in food outlets.
Maintain quality control, including tasting and examining food, for outgoing meals and incoming produce according to specification.
Prepare mise en place according to lists
Assist in maintaining high levels of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with organisational standards.
