Lennox beachside room available Dec & Jan in BALLINA, New South Wales for sale

Hi there! I am going overseas from December 9th until February 9th and my beautiful beachside bedroom with ensuit is up for grabs. You will be sharing with 2 easygoing down to earth women aged 30 & 34. Both the girls are vegetarians, however aren't bothered by meat in the house. The house is 3 streets from Lennox Head beach and 1 street from lake Ainsworth.... PERFECT FOR A SUMMER GETAWAY!
The house is a sunny, double storey unit with a great balcony and plenty of space. The large, sunny, fully furnished room is the only bedroom upstairs, and also has an ensuit. Plenty of room to move.
Cost is $165 per week for 1 person or $260 per couple to be paid upfront. This amount includes bills. For the right person, I may also have a car available for a little bit extra.
